C.A.T.S was established in 1999 with the idea of helping adolescents make lower risk choices in relation to the use of drugs and alcohol. We soon learned that adolescents weren't the only individuals struggling with alcohol and drug abuse issues and subsequently expanded our services to assist both adults and adolescents.
In 2014 the founder of C.A.T.S decided to retire and was ownership and running of the agency was adopted by a long-term employee who was trained with the idea that clients and individuals come first. We continue to operate with that mentality while offering services which are continually rated one of the best in Northern Colorado.
We continuously monitor our program and are adding services which are needed in our community and benefit our clients as a whole. We have expanded from driving impaired services to add a Relapse Prevention program, a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Program, Minor in Possession community education services, and have most recently expanded into the area of Domestic Violence now offering Domestic Violence Treatment.
